Country Creek offers full and part day Preschool, 4K, after school programs, and summer camp. Classrooms are set up to foster independence, stimulate creative development through hands-on activities, and develop pride and self esteem in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Facility Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 6:30am-6:00pm Children must be at least 2 yr of age.
School age program is for children 5-11 yrs old. CCLC is licensed for 138 children.

FULL DAY PROGRAM- 2,3,4, OR 5 FULL DAY OPTIONS

Pre-preschool—children ages 2-3, student teacher ratio 1:6, max class size= 12.  8:00am-3:00pm (extended day care avail 6:30am-8:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm also)
 

Children will be introduced to preschool activities and get accustomed to a group setting and basic structure. There will be a strong emphasis on potty training children, to prepare them for our preschool program.

Preschool—children ages 3-4, student teacher ratio 1:9, max class size= 18. 8:00am-3:00pm (extended day care avail 6:30am-8:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm also)

4K- Country Creek partners wtih DeForest School District to offer a 4K program. This program has a D.P.I. Licensed teacher. It is a part-day program with wrap around care as an option. More information is available on the web site http://www.deforest.k12.wi.us/gt4khome

PART DAY PROGRAM

Preschool--children ages 2 1/2- 4, student teacher ratio is 1:8 max class size = 15. 

This is a 9 month program (Labor Day to Memorial Day )

With this program you can choose either:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday  or Tuesday & Thursday

Children will participate in preschool activities, have goals, and socialize in a group setting.

SCHOOL AGE CARE
 

After School--CCLC offers after school care from Windsor and Eagle Point Elementary Schools.  

Summer Camp--During the summer, a full time summer camp is available to school age children.

Enrollment is offered on a first come first serve basis. Once the enrollment agreement is turned in and verified, a packet of registration materials will be given to you. A one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $100 per child or $150 per family is due with the enrollment application and parent agreement form.
