Our Teachers

Highly qualified and professional Early Childhood teachers work with you and your child.  All teachers participate in ongoing continuing education and are CPR certified.  Country Creek Teachers are committed to offering enriching and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.  They will be learners as well as teachers in discovering what is best for each child.  They will observe your child and take notes so that they are able to plan a curriculum that enhances each child’s learning style.  Records will be shared with parents through daily communication and conferences that are offered two times per year or as requested.

Low teacher-child ratios will be maintained so that we may provide your child with an abundant amount of one-on-one attention and consistency.  We have a very low turnover rate for our staff. Our full-time teachers are contracted, paid a salary, and receive a benefit package. They are our greatest assets.
